These are the gods of Telain. Most are recognized by the populace but some are not. Some are recognized by only a sect or group of people, or by certain people at certain times. Some of the gods love to get involved in mortal affairs, some do not. These are just brief glimpses at them, so you may see their names. Chances are, you will not encounter these beings or, if you do, it will be a rare moment; but the chances of you running into someone who follows one or more of them is much more likely. Enjoy the peek!

one thing i dont understand is why you bothered to do this. I mean its cool and all, but you seemed to want to go by the book a lot so why not use the D&D pantheon? If you just wanted to make some gods though then by all means!
Wait until he has to start making feats and domains for each one of them... ¬_¬
Oi vae.... Good point. Well, as far as feats and domains go, you could pick them from the book and we could attribute them to any of the deities. Mainly the reason that I chose to do this is so that if I ever am able to use this as a published product, it's complete. I want to make this a full campaign setting and the pantheon is a big part of it. I felt like using the one straight out of the book would be a cop out and I knew I could come up with something. =] Decided to go the ambitious route.
I think it's very interesting that you didn't pigeonhole each deity into an alignment. Some of these gods certainly sound like utter dicks (Ohr and especially Roggam) and thus be easily employed in a villainous role, but just imagine the what things might be like if a party of heroic heroes* found themselves opposed or opposing servants of Hosartia or even Thirian...
*not meant to be as redundant as it sounds. By this, I mean noble, brave, and true "good" characters, rather than player-character protagonists who might have a more nuanced (or nonexistent) sense of ethics.
Silent, I always like your posts and wish I saw more of them recently and yeah. I think alignments and motives are in flux a lot of times and I think actions can a lot of times speak louder than words. I think a god's motives and choices can be really interesting, as can be the interpretations of these gods by some followers. I think it can make for some really interesting story.
